L'École Culinaire uses a unique curricular structure based on a 10-week
educational phase rather than on traditional college semesters or quarters. You
take only one major course during each phase, which allows you to concentrate
your learning efforts and get the most from your education. The Experience of
a Lifetime along with eight-week internships in St. Louis’ finest restaurants,
our Associate Degree Program offers you a week-long study tour of France. You
can also apply real world training in culinary sciences with courses in food distribution
and world hunger, plus community service opportunities in area food pantries and
soup kitchens. Programs Offered: AOS Cul. Arts or Baking/Pastry.
